I would just like to say thank you for a wonderful internet service. Mega broadband is what I've been waiting for as far as affordable broadband service. I purchased the silver plan and I'm extremely happy with the service. I live in the far north end of fall river, and even though I only receive a good signal and not an excellent signal the service is still outstanding. I've been informed that you will be installing another antenna in my neck of the woods which is even better. I hope mega broadband is here to stay and I hope you guys tear away that market share from Comcast and Verizon. I'll do my best to spread the word about your great service.

Your Meganet wireless broadband service is an all-out winner!
It doesn't get any simpler for the end-user (me), than this; a power cord, a CAT 5 cable and that's it! No taking a day off of work to wait around for a cable guy that may/may not show up, or may/may not be able to answer your questions. Meganet's knowledgable technical staff is also outstanding. No condesending sighs of exasperation when a customer asks a question that is lower on the technical level. And get this; Meganet's wireless broadband costs less than the dial-up provider that I just dumped! Thanks Meganet! Well done, and keep up the great work!

Dear Meganet:
Just thought you'd like some feedback on your new "MegaBroadband" wireless Internet service. 

At home, I've kept and compared both MegaBroadband and Comcast high speed cable. Whether uploading or downloading, big photo files or just an e-mail, MegaBroadband is smoother; and my Mega-plan is a good 30% quicker. Comcast cable is positively clunky compared to what you offer. 

At work, it took me a week and a total of three hours with tech support to get through the set-up maze for Verizon DSL. (I can't even talk about your tech support, because you set it up right, right from the get-go, so I haven't had to call you!) 

But the thing I like best about MegaBroadband is its reliability: no wait while it burps; no re-load because it stalled out. It's what Broadband should be!

I live in the north end of Fall River and have just purchased the bronze package. I love it. It's much faster than dial-up, and you are always connected. No waiting to be connected. Also, I want to thank you for your personal help in setting it up on my new computer. It was very much appreciated.
